| Our French Brittany Criquette retrieving a scaled quail, often called "blues" by the locals in New Mexico. A great week of hunting in southeastern New Mexico led to many more for the dinner table. A wonderful delicacy. Great fun to hunt for those of us that spend the majority of our hunting time on pheasants.
